In UIU’s Exercise and Sport Studies program, we study human movement and its relationship to exercise and sport, and help you understand how to manage your own programs. You even have two emphasis areas to choose from: Exercise Science, and Fitness and Wellness.

Careers in Exercise and Sport Studies
A degree prepares you for many careers, such as athletic coach, athletic director, performance enhancement specialist, personal trainer or group fitness instructor, recreation program director, strength and conditioning specialist, and wellness coordinator. The exercise science emphasis prepares students for graduate and professional programs in athletic training, chiropractic, medicine, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
